ATS Beyond Travels engaged Nikken Møller to convert an existing space in Localizer Mall, Al Olaya, into a fully functioning corporate head office. The brief called for a genuine turnkey delivery: strip out and demolish the existing layout, restructure the shell to suit a modern open-plan office, and fit it out completely — furniture, ceilings, lighting, joinery and signage — down to the last detail, ready for the client to walk in and start working.
The finished office needed to balance a large open workstation floor with a full set of supporting spaces: a branded reception and waiting area for visitors, five private manager offices, meeting rooms of different sizes, a pantry, prayer room and washrooms — all within a single, efficient floor plate of roughly 550 m².
Every stage, from the first site visit through 3D concept design to final handover, was carried out and managed directly by Nikken Møller, with the entire scope completed in 90 days.
