Complete installation, snag rectification and final handover of interior glazing and partition systems across guest floors 0–10 — glass partitions, sliding partition systems, sliding doors including bathtub sliding doors, WC doors and dressing unit glass fixtures — delivered by Nikken Møller for a W-branded hotel development in King Abdullah Financial District.
Nikken Møller — through Ayfa International Company — was engaged for the complete installation, snag rectification and final handover of interior glazing and partition systems across guest floors 0 to 10 of a W-branded hotel development inside King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD), Riyadh, one of the city's most prestigious business and hospitality addresses. Each floor holds approximately 24 to 25 guest rooms with identical, repetitive layouts across all units.
The scope covered five core work categories — glass partitions (fixed panels and single partitions), sliding partition systems, sliding doors (including bathtub sliding doors), WC doors, and dressing unit glass fixtures — broken down into ten distinct door and glass partition types on the approved bill of quantities, each installed to a hotel-grade standard of fit and finish across every guest floor from the ground floor to floor 10.
Materials were supplied by the client and received into a dedicated on-site storeroom. Nikken Møller then carried out 100% of the installation progressively, floor by floor and room by room, with every item tracked through defined completion stages — supports and track, door and panel fixing, architrave, first snagging and final handover — so quality was checked and signed off at each step before a room was closed out.
Every door and glass partition type moved through the same four installation stages, giving a single, accountable process across every guest bathroom on site.
Structural mounting supports and sliding track systems fixed in place ahead of door and glass installation.
Aluminium-framed glass doors, fixed panels, mirrors and bathtub enclosures installed to line and level.
Architraves, trims and mirror-backing panels fitted for a seamless, hotel-grade finish.
First snagging inspection followed by final handover, tracked and approved room by room.
Every item on the approved bill of quantities was tracked and installed to the same finish standard across every guest floor, from bathroom sliding doors to entrance mirrors.
A structured, progress-based process kept installation, invoicing and quality control aligned across the whole site.
Bill of quantities, price list and payment terms confirmed for every door and glass partition type before mobilization.
Client-supplied aluminium and glass components received and secured in a dedicated on-site storeroom ahead of installation.
Supports, tracks, doors, panels, mirrors and architraves fitted room by room across guest floors 0–10.
First snagging review and final handover, with completion verified and approved on every item.
The guest bathroom and bedroom design intent for the W Hotel KAFD development — the standard every aluminium and glass partition installed by Nikken Møller was measured against.
