This project, designed by Nikken Møller for Kafah International, represents a high-efficiency architectural layout that merges professional administrative offices with specialised testing and teaching environments. The design emphasises a configuration that maximises space utility while maintaining a clean, contemporary aesthetic.
The building's distinctive triangular floor plate was organised around a central circulation spine, with a reception and library at its heart and administrative, testing and teaching functions arranged along each wing. The layout brings together a director's office, a coordination office, a main teaching room, two iTEP testing and online rooms, open workstation clusters and a dedicated library — all planned for clear wayfinding and efficient day-to-day operation.
Nikken Møller carried the interior language — warm timber joinery, glazed partitions, integrated shelving and branded signage — consistently across every zone, from the welcoming reception through to the working testing rooms, so the finish quality of an executive office extends through to every corner of the facility.
Each area of the hub was planned around its specific function, while sharing one consistent material and lighting language throughout.
