Nikken Moller renovates older villas across Riyadh, turning dated layouts, tired finishes and struggling air conditioning into a modern family home. Our in-house team handles the structure-adjacent work, MEP, finishing and furniture under one contract, and we can phase the work so your family stays in the villa.
Not every villa needs to be gutted. Many clients renovate in stages: the majlis and reception first, then the kitchen, then bedrooms. We plan the whole villa at the start so each stage fits the final design and MEP is only opened up once.
Larger villas or structural changes take longer; renovating while you live in the home usually adds time. See a real sequence in our villa renovation before-and-after guide.
Cost depends on how much is replaced. As a guide, full villa interior fit-out in Riyadh runs SAR 1,200–3,500/m²; a renovation that keeps some existing finishes or MEP comes in lower. Our renovation vs new fit-out guide explains the trade-offs. After a site survey of the villa's current condition, you get a detailed BOQ.

A typical full interior renovation takes around 8 weeks; larger villas, structural changes or living in the home during works extend this.
Yes. We phase the work by zone and protect the occupied areas, though noisy and dusty stages are best done while that part of the home is empty.
In older villas usually yes. Upgrading electrical, HVAC and plumbing before new finishes avoids opening walls and ceilings again later.
Yes. Partial renovations are common; we still plan the whole villa so each stage fits the final design.
